I went on their first day open for the season. Everyone was professional and friendly and had all their procedures down. All that made me extremely comfortable and able to have a really fun time even though I was by myself.nThey speak both English and French.
The staff was friendly and made it fun for all 8 of us. They made sure we were all comfortable, took pictures of everyone and emailed them in a matter of minutes. You go across once and then back across on another zip line that is a little longer than the first one. Definitely recommend!!
What a wonderful experience for my 72 year old mom! She had a blast and the owner took great care of her. Got excellent video of her zip and zag return. Recommend you zoom out over the falls to really catch the essence of the ride for your zip lining friend. Don’t worry about sandals as there’s a carrying pouch attached to the harness.
Customer service was spectacular. I had 3 exchange students with me. They spoke slow so the students could understand. Great price with a great view. Would take my students again if it wasn't the last day of the season. Beautiful fall day, colours were stunning.
This was the first zip-line I ever did and it got me hooked, what an adrenaline rush! Especially if the falls are ripping. The guides are very fun, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs!
