I am Rumple Drumskin . I wrote a poor review due to miscommunication regarding follw up service for roofing issues, which have since been resolved. I can't get back into that account and would like to clear the air. I was originally disappointed but ZIM has corrected all problems and have been stellar in their follow up to ensure satisfaction on all counts. I apologize to ZIM and Mykola , but can't remember how to access that account to delete or modify the review..

I had ZIM Group replace my roof with lovely stone coated tiles last October and they did an excellent job. When I initially called to set up a consultation, the gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and was able to set something up that very same week. Needless to say, the job was completed on time and I was very happy to see that they quickly cleaned up all of the fallen debris. Professional service, quality workmanship and very competitive prices! I would definitely recommend the ZIM Group to my family and friends.

We asked for the same crew who did our neighbor's house , PER CONTRACT ! Mykola figured that wasn't important and sent a different crew that has saddled us with issues since it was completed a year ago in June 2015. They corrected a couple of things after much phoning and listening to excuses ,but created other problems in the process . When we call for resolution we are told the installer is on vacation and will get back to us but doesn't..he's ALWAYS on vacation. We paid cash and we intend to contact CRA unless this is resolved by the end of May 2016 . The problem is we , the customer , deals with Mykola , who sends a crew of his choice . he then delegates YOU to deal with THEM , although you had no choice in this process(see first line of review). YOU now deal with the people HE chose to do either a good or bad job..pretty slick..ZIM wash hands of the installation and YOU get stuck with the results. I have waited a year , I am patient , there are other small issues we chose to overlook , we are NOT complainers.. Advice..wait four seasons before reviewing the installation . Video record the initial consultation to ensure what is agreed upon is what is delivered. We gave the installers open access to our washroom without having to ask and kept them supplied with bottled frozen water without having to be prompted..We were told we treated them 'like slaves '!!!!????? We are very unsatisfied with the service and crew, the roof looks great , leaky eaves and all. ZIM says they 'don't do eave trough'..then DON'T alter the effectiveness and drainage ,simple. Make sure to investigate other installers/companies and compare workmanship and pricing.. The workmanship we have experienced is less that complimentary .Had we waited , there ARE other more competent installers with better follow up service AND pricing . It appears our installer is still 'on vacation'..Pathetic.. We have had potential customers come to our door ask us what we think of the company..we have to be honest and tell them to look elsewhere . I don't know what it is about ZIM , they will promise anything , but once the money is paid in full , it's like they don't even know you .

Last year when I purchased a house there was a roof problem and I was referred to Metal roofing from one of my friend. I found them professional staff and did my roof work on time and with very reasonable rate. They did very neat work and there was no mess as I have seen with other companies. They have good equipments and staff are highly skilled in their work. I would recommend metal roofing for those people who are looking for their roof work.

I had them do my roof and I can't get over how great my experience was with this company! I was looking all over for someone when we were doing renovations, and I'm so happy I went with this quality service. The level of customer care and professionalism was just fantastic. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
