Came here in the early morning and it was awesome! Not a lot of people, it was clean and my niece and her friend was able to really explore the amusement center. There are plenty of comfortable places to sit whilst watching the children
It is an amazing place for young kids to burn energy and have fun.nnWarning: Kids get so excited that mistakes happen when they leave and put on wrong coats and boots. So maybe write their names on items. They just have an amazing lifetime fun experience here - its actually hard to get them to leave.nnSuitable for youngsters and they will go Bananas, burn energy, and get a good night's sleep after hours of running and jumping. There is an affordable food area to buy snacks, treats, and drinks in a lunch area with tables and chairs where you can buy soup, sandwiches, and pizza. They have various drinks from milk, juice, slush, lemonade, soda, and coffee. No nut based items are allowed here in case of other kids with allergies.nnWe love this place, and it's super fun and safe for young kids. They even have a safe play zone for kids under 3 years old. Security wise, when you enter, they put identity bracelets on kids and those with them - You can't leave without proper exit. There is a NO BULLY policy, and kids must wear socks they sell some in case they forget them at home.
Great activity for kids, but my daughter and I always catch a cold/flu and even gastro once after a visit to Zigzagzoo. We don't typically get sick often, except when we go here. I bought a year membership and regret it because I won't be returning anymore. It's just not worth feeling ill after..nnBack in the winter when we visited, there was a visibly sick child coughing and running around the place with nasal secretions, and guess what? We got sick.nnWe waited almost 6 months to go back after that because it's just not pleasant to be ill after every visit. Gave it one last shot last Friday, and here we are, sick again. It's safe to say, it's not a coincidence anymore. Maybe they need to look over their sanitation routine and have a policy about sick children entering the facility.
Who in their right mind allows 200+ students into an indoor play place without notifying the public before hand/closing to the public. Putting a sign on the door stating that their are 200 schools kids and that you will not be refunded is unacceptable. This is pure greed. Maybe put a cap on how many groups you accept and still leave room for families. Will not return here.
We had a great time today! They had special activities planned for March Break and my daughter loved them. The area for the kids under 3 is large and well equipped. And there is lots of fun activities for the older kids as well. We will definitely be back!
