We has such a great experience here for my 3 year old! Highly recommend! We had ordered the Fairytale package and upgraded to double room. Everything we needed was included. We just showed up! Will definitely return and will also do playdates here! A place where I feel comfortable relaxing while my child plays.
Small, but very nice place for toddlers. There is a small coffee area for parents. It's warm and cozy there. Just bring your home slippers for yourself and your little ones, so your feet will be warm, if you visit this place in winter time.
I love this place as much as my child does! It’s so nice that the focus is on pretend play. I wish this place existed when I was little! All the little spaces with toys, my little guy can play for hours! And I don’t have to worry about him because I can see him throughout the entire centre. I like to go during the week when it’s quiet so my little one can play while I get some work done - It’s a perfect option for a working from home parent and the older gentleman that works during the week is very welcoming - he’s the owners father and you can see how proud he is, it’s heartwarming to see family working together and pouring so much love and energy into a place like this that brings so much joy to our families! Weekends are a bit busier, depending on the weather and again the young girls are motivated and accommodating and very pleasant! You can see that they’re happy at work, and they enjoy their environment. The only negative I would say is the older kids 9-10 that come in, they can get a bit excited and I find they aren’t very nice with the toys. Thanks, a satisfied customer!
Im going to start off by saying AMAZING PLACE When it comes to my sons birthdays i want to make sure everything is perfect and let me tell you they made everything perfect! The staff Emily and Sarah were extremely helpful and were doing their best to accommodate everyone that came! Food was good and the all kids had so much fun and all at a great price! The management were reaching out to me to make sure they do everything exactly the same way I’d like it and that impressed me to see how much they care. This was our first time there and many more to come. All our family and friends were also impressed by the theme of the place, the food and service. Thank you Zigazoom for all the things you did for my sons birthday
We buy yearly passes and are usually there at least once a week! Zigazoom is my favourite place to go with the kids where they can explore and learn through imagination play, and I can sit with a coffee and relax knowing they are fully safe! Even the baby area is fully closed in so baby can't wander, it truly is the perfect place. And the staff and owners are so amazingly kind and friendly. We love it! Go Zigazoom!
Went to Zigazoom this morning from 9:30am to 11:15am. We were greeted promptly and with huge smiles. I brought my 3 and 5 year old and met up with a friend and her 4 and 5 year old. The kids had a blast and did not want to leave. Very clean and I even had the chance to catch up with my friend while enjoying a latte. Perfect start to our Friday. Thank you. We will be back.
Zigga Zoom is awesome. My son had his birthday party there we've been there a few times just to drop in and have him play. We sent him to day camp there for two weeks in the summer. Each experience has been wonderful and Wilfrid enjoys it. His birthday party was wonderful, they took care of everything including the cake and cleaning up. It was well worth the money and it was no hassle for us. They also gave us a gift certificate for a drop in which was awesome. We had a similar experience with the day camp. No need to pack his lunch, they took care of everything. They also have fun activities, and went to see a movie on the Friday.
I had a birthday party on a Friday evening for my four year old daughter and the staff here ruined my entire experience. They were rude, I was told that I had been in the party room for an hour too long and was rushed out of the room with no warning given. One especially grumpy and miserable old man who works there, the father of the owner accused me of being a liar when I said I didn’t know we had a time limit I’m the room. He scolded me like I was 5 years old for having my daughter open her presents in the common area because I was told I had to leave the party room. So I packed up all the presents and when I nephew arrived I started handing the presents to him to bring to the car. Another staff ran behind me telling me that I had to pay for my party even though I still had an hour left and I made no indication that I was trying to leave without paying, my kids were all still there. I am a mother of four children aged 4-22 years old, I have had many birthday parties, this was my second party at zigazoom and of my 22 years of being a parent, this was the worst birthday party experience I have ever had. It was so bad that they offered me a free pass for my next visit and no one at my party wanted it, we left it on the table. I would definitely NEVER go back there. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would.
Been here numerous times and held a bunch of birthdays for my kids. Absolutely love it, the space is great, staff have been welcoming and helpful and kids always have fun! Great local kids play place!
Awesome place for kids to play and have fun in Aylmer. Something like this was sorely lacking in the area. My daughter had a great time playing on her own. Only thing I found was some of the older boys could get quite rowdy and push the little ones out of the way.
