I had a seamless experience buying a lamp from Joe online - found it on Instagram and he met me curb-side for an easy pickup. The lamp was exactly as advertised.

I went into this store a number of years ago to ask if they might be able to suggest someone to reupholster some furniture I had gotten from a family member. I knew the people working as they would frequently be in the cafe I worked in. Both of the two men who were in the store laughed at me and said that they didn't know anyone that I could afford. I ended up finding a place and these beautiful pieces were done perfectly which is wonderful. But, I am upset by the way the staff treated me.

Best MCM lighting selection I’ve seen in the GTA. A few stores have more inventory, but none are this well-edited. Some good furniture finds, too. It’s been around as long as I’ve been in Toronto—over 15 years. Also nice that he tells you about an item’s imperfections up front. Even hard-to-spot things like a non-original bolt, etc.

Incredible collection of mid century modern. So helpful and took the time to take things of the wall so I could inspect them and try my bulbs in each. Have me all kinds of good advice on searching for lights on the future. Highly recommended.
