bowling here was a disappointing experience for many reasons. when we arrived at about 3:30, there was a sign on the door informing us that they were closing at 5 for a staff event. no big deal!unfortunately, the employees seemed very annoyed and inconvenienced by us and kept reminding us that the alley was closing soon, even though we only wanted to bowl for an hour. the girl in the ADPi sweatshirt was especially unfriendly and short with us. when we wanted to order food, we were again reminded that they were closing in an hour and told that we probably wouldn’t be able to get our food, which was very odd. we also ordered a full sized soda and were only given a tiny water cup. in addition, the lane we were bowling on kept stopping & had to be reset by the employees. this wouldn’t have been a big deal, but they were slow to help us & once again seemed very annoyed, which ate up a lot of our hour. overall, i wouldn’t recommend this place solely based on the service, which is unfortunate because it’s the only place like it in the area.
I had been looking forward to trying there Burnt Ends Mac & Cheese for a week, but was unable to because it was out of stock. Upon being able to order it today, I was disappointed. The cheese sauce was thin and runny, and there were entirely too many noodles. I did really like the burnt ends though, and the garlic bread was alright.
Tried the fish and chips . If you like fish and chips DO NOT order these. Crappy fish from a box, greasy, 3/4 breading and no flavor. Ordered to go or would have sent it back. A McDonald’s fish sandwich would have been far better, at least you get some fish. 17 bucks for this garbage. Im a little pissed.
We came here for dinner. I wanted to let anyone know that if your paying with a debit card watch what you get charged at any location your dining in or out I payed with my debit card left a 0 amount for a tip. I left $10.00 cash on the table for our waitress. I then find out my card was charged an extra $10.00. The food is good the wait staff is good. We ate here for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast I paid cash and left a tip and didn’t have to worry about being charged extra for a tip?? Don’t know where the $10.00 went for so I’m just guessing a tip. I’ll eat here again when I come to Pullman the food comes quick and is delicious. I give them a 4.0.
The bowling was good, as was the food and service. I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza. When we went they had specials going on as well. I definitely recommend.
