Quick service. Friendly staff. Chicken kabob was wonderful. Ground beef kabob was also tasty but you definitely taste more of the spices than beef. It would have been perfect if they made their own bread. Definitely recommend. Will be back.

The food is so tasty and the portions are really generous for the price! This is by far the best Persian food that I have had in whole Canada! Yum! The service is fast and the staff are kind and polite.

We had "boneless chicken kebab" there on Sunday, Dec. 31st, and were charged higher price than the one displayed in front of the restaurant or on the menu. They said that price on Sunday is different. They could not provide a real reason for trying to steal our money, and even did not apologize.

Great restaurant. My entire family loves this place. Having travelled in Persia years ago I have always had soft spot for its food. I'm glad to have found Zeitoon in Vancouver. It saves us a trip to north van for koobiday. There prices are good, portions enormous and we always take extras home. The service was once a bit spotty, but has dramatically improved and is now one of it's assets!

The food is 3 out of 5. The kebabs are not properly grilled. First they are cooked then grilled.The rest is good. The price is 3 out of 5. Service is 4 out of 5. Got a piece of glass in my meal. Was very disappointed.
