I like the clothes when i find what im looking for but the people who work there is terrible no service no smiles no nothing unbelievable
Customer service nHospitality nRespecting the brand nI’ve visited Zara in different countries, however, I’ve never experienced this level of neglecting customers and this low level of customer treatment. I was also asking them about their opening hours, and she kept walking while barely answering me, I wanted to ask what days they close later than 6 pm, I had to follow her because she kept walking while am asking her. Then another employee passes by and said you can find them online. Like seriously!! but since I had an employee right in-front of me I thought asking her would be more specific. If you can’t find employees and you need to hire kids, make sure to train them at least to respect customers.
Really bad service. They closed their fitting room 30 minutes before closing time. 830pm on a Thursday night Customer service is really bad. The girls look rude and when you complain about the fitting room being closed and that it would take me LITTERALY 5 MINUTES, they look at you and answer you like they don't care. I work for a clothing store and even if a client tried clothes 5 minutes before closing, I make them try. That is a sale that pays my salary and it's a happy customer that will come back another time.n0 stars and
I went shopping at Zara Rosemere on a Friday around 1pm and the fitting rooms were closed. I asked an associate why and she said it was because they were understaffed. I then decided to just buy the stuff and try it at home… took around 20min to get to a cashier… I understand that it’s not the associates fault but management should ensure that they have enough staff… this is just unprofessional. All the other stores in the mall seem to have enough staff…
Review is for previous manager Diana and current Manager Aliona kids section as well as overall customer service from staff at the Rosemere Zara location. Managers have always been helpful and accommodating. Will never shop at the Carrefour Laval location ever again , deplorable service by their manager, I believe goes by the name of Nicolas.
