I have left my reusable coffee cup there just now. I can’t get a hold of anyone at the store. Can you someone pls respond and put it aside for me and I will pick it up this weekend. Thanks
The most chaotic store I have ever seen !!!nAlthough it totally appeared that unduly and irresponsible customers had done the store this messy, but there should be a management in the store!!! People had thrown the clothes and pants everywhere on the ground and no one cared to stop them from doing this!!! How come?!! The other customers will end up buying the same clothes finally!!!
Review for ZarannI recently visited Zara and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The sales floor was chaotic, with clothes scattered everywhere and no organization in sight. It was nearly impossible to find anything without spending a ridiculous amount of time sorting through piles of clothing.nnTo make matters worse, the customer service was unprofessional and downright rude. When I approached an associate for help, they seemed uninterested and acted like I was inconveniencing them. Their dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to assist were unacceptable.nnZara is known for its stylish clothing, but the in-store experience leaves much to be desired. I hope they take steps to improve both their sales floor management and staff training to ensure customers feel valued and respected.
0 customer service! I wanted to return something, and then I realized its on more sale so made sense to buy it with new price! Decided to buy it with the new price and they said they can not sell it to me again! Funny enough I asked to talk to the store manager and she said that I can not even do this for my self so Its not fair to do it for a customer lol have you guys heard of customer service? How can a manager talk like this? Or they were deciding to keep it for them self to be Fair!! I think Zara needs to train their employees before destroying their name! Feb 18 at 6:50
I had a great experience at this location thanks to the incredible manager, I don’t know her name she has a curly hair. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. Her professionalism and genuine care for customers made my shopping experience so much smoother. It’s rare to see a manager who is so hands-on and involved with both staff and customers. I will definitely be returning thanks to their excellent service!
