I think a washroom would be nice, but the staff are great and the classes are great. Just missing a convenient toilet.

Great Yhot & power yoga classes. However, customer service could be improved and quite pricey for 1 timers.
I want to give this place 5 stars for the classes and front desk staff with one exception, Laura. One person can ruin it for everyone. I found her rude and unprofessional in the way she scolded me.
Awkward layout: washrooms & change area is located outside of studio down the hallway in the general public restrooms. Hence, inconvenient, and does not flow. Unsatisfactory space to practice.
I find it odd that parking is not free here. Apparently it is only free to full-pass member holders/ annual holders not 10-pass holders, etc - It did make me want to use the other locations due to the pay parking.
Worse customer services ever!!!!!!! Never ever go there! Receptionists will ruin your day!!!
