Great attention, friendly personal, and good help to my daughter looking for a dress for school graduation, store have a good variety of clothing.

Being a person of color I did not feel welcome to Yvonne Lauren store; I dont think anybody saw me enter the store but i heard one of the counter ladies saying " Oh my God, she had a strong accent" indicating the person who just left the store. There were two of us shoppers left in the store; white and colored, the priority was given to the other, when she asked for anything she was well attended to but when I asked for help, all I was told was that " Sweetie, whatever you see there is all we got" As if that was not enough, the store attendant wanted to use a washroom and she went to the other lady and asked her to watch the shop for her while she goes to use the washroom, she also pointed out to the other lady that it was just the two of us shoppers in the store. Anyways I was so hurt, thanked the lady and left the store, I could feel the relief in her when I said I was leaving! So please look at us as normal human beings, do not judge us by the skin of our color, I needed something desperately for the weekend occasion, and was going to pay whatever it costed!

Love it as usual. Great service and fantastic clothing
