We visited the location at the Chatham Berry Farm. The bun noodles were delicious but the panang curry stole the show. So delicious. Service was fast and friendly. I can't wait to go again.
The veggie rice bowl is full of so many good pickled veggies and kimchi along with a perfectly cooked runny egg. Don’t forget to take a little container of the house-made chili crisp.
Peanut noodles were delicious! Crispy tofu is yummy as well. Cash only and there isn’t seating nearby, but so worth a visit!
Went there twice during a three-day visit to Hudson, NY. The food, a pan SE Asian mix, is well-curated, reasonably priced, delicious and VERY generously portioned. This truck does a brisk business any time near lunch/dinner hours, so be prepared to take a break on one of the provided stools to wait 15 mins or so. The food is certainly worth the wait. This is the ideal iteration of a food truck, where the money clearly goes into the meal and the customer reaps the reward of the decreased overhead costs as compared to a traditional restaurant. Yummy Kitchen operates seasonally in the warmer months in Hudson, and should be on the list for anyone visiting the city.
Not to be missed! That’s all you need to know.
I have enjoyed Yummy Kitchen on three separate occasions. Besides at Chatham Berry, found their food delicious while enjoying a beer at S&S Brewery and while strolling the streets of Hudson on 5th.
My husband and I visited Hudson the other day and had the bahmi, it was really freakin good. Absolutely worth eating here. YUM! Also thank you, for making delicious food.
Are you in Hudson and don’t want to overspend on lunch? Eat here!! Delicious and affordable. Cash only and no seating are the only negatives.
Just go and try it! You'll be very happy. Believe me, I've been eating Vietnamese for decades.
The bun was fantastic and the tofu is sensational coated in a chewy batter and perfectly fried
