First time here. I ordered the BBQ plate with spicy pork as my option. To me the food was okay, nothing memorable. Supposed to come with 2 pieces of fried chicken, I got 3 tiny pieces that were equivalent to about 1 piece of chicken. Small portions for $19 drink included.
This place is always good. We get the Shallot Chicken and the Sweet and Spicy Chicken. It's not spicy at all. You might like the potato twist. They are seasoned well. All of it has really great flavor. The owners are quite nice and really make sure to do things correctly. They have Coke products to drink with your meal. We like to dine in. Just a note, bring your own silverware though. The plastic cutlery isn't great. But it's quiet and cute. If you're going to order for delivery, order direct, as Skip takes a large percentage which cuts into the small business profits.
Had the yum yum and shallot chicken. Yum yum probably suits most people's tastes more but I liked both. Probably the best Korean fried chicken I've had, fries were also really good. Service was amazing from the kind staff.
OMG this place is an absolute hidden Gem. Most definitely worth a visit. The people are kind and the food is spectacular. The dumplings are to die for and the chicken also. I would highly recommend it.Food: 5/5
I DID NOT TRY THE FRIED CHICKEN so take this review accordingly if that’s what you’re looking for. Will update when I do, because we had exemplary service and the dumplings we did have were positively delectable. My husband had the brainwave to pair them with an Asian salad kit we had for a healthier fast food meal and it was perfect. Then, when I picked up from {food delivery app}, the staff gave me a menu and noted that it would be less expensive to order direct next time.
Pretty darn good fried chicken! Comparatively, it holds up to the other K-FC spots I've been to in Edmonton. Skin is nice and crispy, sauce is tangy and flavourful, and meat is juicy. Prices and quantity are decent. Also appreciated receiving the free sides of Korean pickled "moo." Would definitely recommend to anyone craving good fried chicken, and especially Korean fried chicken.

A little over priced but the chicken is juicy and delicious. The soy chicken is a must have! Staff are really warm and friendly.

Despite the chicken being the best chicken I’ve eaten, they have problems with getting their food cooked quickly enough, so ordering before you leave home is recommended. Last time I tried to order, they didn’t answer their phones. I drove over and placed and paid for my order. The restaurant was empty, but after waiting at least 5 minutes, they told me it would take an additional 35 minutes to cook the chicken. Why didn’t they tell me that before taking my money? I couldn’t wait that long, so asked for my money back. Instead of refunding my money, they charged my credit card again - so my credit card bill arrived, and I was charged over $80.00, and we didn’t get any food. I’d give them 0 stars for my last visit, but the chicken is delicious. Make sure you call and order before you leave home.
