YUL, great airport…. Makes waiting worth your time. Great selection of restaurants from table service to grab and go. We spent 6 hours there arriving at 2am. Plentiful seating is not broken up by annoying arm rests so one can grab a quick nap. Water stations to fill bottles are everywhere. Bathrooms are clean and modern. Finally they have a 24 hour coffee shop, a rarity in Canadian airports. Well done!

A convenient and easy to use bus stop with great access to the centre of Montreal and nearby tube stations. The price of a bus ticket also includes a day pass for the metro system so this is the easiest and cheapest way to get from the airport.
Terrible airport! I can't believe that they don't have nearly enough chairs for transit connections. Passengers are sleeping on floors, sides on hard surfaces after long trips. They have huge area of open space, what a waste of space.
I’ve traveled to 35 airports, including ones in developing countries. I’ve never felt compelled to write an airport review. But this was, by the far the most inefficient arrival experience I’ve ever had.nnBaggage claim was a hot mess. 7 flights on 1 belt, extremely crowded. then the belts kept changing and I kept having to walk around to find where I should wait. It took 45min to find 1 bag.nnThen, finally made it out and thought I was home-free, only to find the longest line known to man to buy a bus ticket.nnIf you can, avoid this airport. If I could, i’d give 0 stars.
