I have had really good experiences with the Dawson City Airport. Inside the airport I was impressed by the availability of exceptional drinking water. The drinking fountain at YDA is very, very good. The water comes out in a thick slow moving stream, but it arches high enough that you can bend down and drink easily without getting drops of water on your travel clothes or any of your luggage. The region around this airport is beautiful and a perfect travel destination because the water comes out of the tap ice cold and pure. I highly recommend it. Right when you walk in the door from the highway side, the fountain will be there on your right hand side. If you can't find it just ask the airport staff, they're very helpful and friendly. Enjoy!
