Staff is so rude. Called and asked if they had sugar free options I’m allergic to artificial sugars and she responded with an attitude saying, “no we NEVER have sugar free options” and hung up. Some people have medical conditions so maybe you SHOULD offer sugar free options. Go to menchies. 100x better, serve sugar free options, and staff actually has some respect!!
Tried this place for the first time. Hard white plastic at the bottom of my drink. Called to make a complaint and there apparently is no manager on duty at this time? I have never worked in an establishment where there wasn't a manager on duty. I understand people are short staffed but to not even have a manager is absolutely ridiculous. Ended my call apologizing to the only employee on staff who has only been there 2 weeks and has been left on his own to run a business and with little resolution to my issue. I'm not sure who the owners are but that's so irresponsible to leave an employee who has only been there for 2 weeks on their own. Shame on the owners.
The two worker janelly and Aiden are absolutely amazing! They were so helpful to me today and did not mind my large order! Nothing was messed up and they had amazing service skills!
I am sadden to write this extremely disappointing review of our favorite ice cream place. It is the only one my daughter can eat at due to her allergies but tonight we went to the West Bloomfield location as our Farmington Hills location has been closed for some time. My daughter was so excited to use her punch card for a free ice cream and was told that they are not honoring the cards and have changed to a online reward system. The clerk said, "i cant honor he card because I don't know how the owner will feel about it." So sad. but the kicker was that my daughter was buying the treats for everyone and when she left the store we were shocked at the decreased portions and the significantly increase in price. Double hit. Another example of lack of customer service.I

First time customer and my experience was very positive and would definitely come back and recommend to others. I tried their other location at Farmington & 14, but that location was closed. So, please check their Facebook page for their hours. The employee was very helpful and patient with me while I ordered. I forgot to take a picture of my bowl before consumption, but it was very tasty and I thought pricing was appropriate.
This is a nice little frozen yogurt shop. With a wide range of flavors and the staff were really nice.
Love the Froyo here and the variety they offer. Customer service is typically great! Only complaint is their hours fluctuate constantly and do not reflect the hours published. There have been multiple instances I’ve driven over there only to find out they’ve closed early for the day.
First time trying Yoz Yogurt today. I ordered the vanilla yogurt create your own with fresh tart Michigan cherries, fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, granola topped with smooth creamy whipped cream. A Absolutely yummy, delicious, generously portioned treat for a affordable price! Looks like it's going to be a "Yoz" kind of Summer for me. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu!
Well place is so dirty , ice cream is about to melt and staff don’t care at all … better look for other alternative
