Shows as open 24 hours not only on Google but also on their website, so I went there to use the dryer, I put my stuff in the dryer and was waiting in my car for it to finish when all of a sudden the lights inside shut off and door locked and no one around so assuming it was done remotely, so all my stuff is stuck inside and I now have to stay up until they open again so I can get my belongings, the number on a different site went to the old owners and another number just went to a voicemail that isn't set up to take messages. Not impressed with my experience with this laundromat. There should be a phone number on the door for problems like this!
Some of the machines weren’t working. So I lost around $10. Putting my clothes in and money for the machines to not work and have to use another machine. My clothes were absolutely soaked coming out of the washer. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. There is also number to call for help.
First of all each and every machine’s buttons needs to be fixed so that we can clearly see which button we have to press. I don’t have any problem with washer, after getting my clothes from it I throw them in number 7 dryer and did put .25 times 4, so it’s total 20 minutes but clothes were so wet like before nothing happens, when I called the number which they provides here he told me that our machines are all well maintained and I can see it. So I transferred my clothes to number 4 dryer and I did selected the hottest available option to dry my clothes but guess what ???? SAME FREAKIN THING again, I don’t want my $2 back but the thing is I have to carry that wet clothes somewhere else and thanks to this place.
