Your Valet Fine Dry Cleaning

I was very disappointed with Valet Fine Dry Cleaning! They gave me false information and waisted my time. Now I will not have a clean rug for my Halloween Party that I have put in multiple hours planning. Will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

They have revamped their staff and they have such high standards. They do a great job.

I took my suit here to be dry cleaned, and it was well cleaned and done in a timely fashion. However I would like to point out that if items are left in your pockets, they may be misplaced, and, in my case, used by the staff.

Generally people are nice, but they lost a $60 shirt and wouldn't do anything to replace it, and AGAINST MY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS, they unilaterally decided half of my shirts needed to be dry cleaned, although the tag said normal cleaning OK, and doubled my bill. This was decided by the manager Sandy without a single call to me to let me know, just presented me a bill that was DOUBLE what it should have been. Never going back... Horrible management!!!
