Absolutely fantastic experience with Lindsay and Jeff. Super responsive by phone or email, got the work done when they said they would. They make a great team. Lindsay is the super organized one and Jeff the master technician/artist! It was a tricky forced air furnace retrofit at the cottage. Jeff is exceptionally knowledgeable and did a beautiful job on the installation, a work of art in fact, managing to get ducts and returns in every room requested with no mess at all. The end result works perfectly: quiet, efficient, fast to come up to temp, Internet controlled, and nice and toasty! Highly recommend Your Local HVAC Team for any and all your HVAC needs.

Jeff came out on a moments notice to help us get the heat going at our cottage. We had a construction crew waiting on it so it really helped us out. At the same time he provided valuable insight as to the best way to manage the original fireplace to add a propane insert and the most cost efficient way to manage to heat the new addition. We have entrusted Jeff to finish the rest of the HVAC work for our reno. We would definitely hire him in the future.

The best customer service that we have encountered in Muskoka during our 20 years of living here for heating work. They were exceptional in their correspondence with us, prompt to replace the furnace that broke down in early January, brrrrr, and their price was excellent. First things first. THEY CALLED US BACK - If you know Muskoka it is rare to have someone call you back when they say they will. The front office followed up on quotes and answered any questions we had very promptly. Both the front office and sales / delivery team were friendly and helpful and I did not feel like i was up sold to something I didn't need. We had a full split heat pump / Air Conditioner installed and we couldn't be happier with the model chosen and the efficiency of it. the unit was installed in and pipes covered. This was very clean installation due to the extra effort from the install team. I was so impressed with "Your local HVAC Team" that I recommended them to our builder. They are definitely a company that I would use again. the follow up thank you card is also a nice touch! Thank You! Drew.

I have worked with Jeff and LIndsay twice over the past six months installing a furnace/ac in one home and a furnace/water heater in another. I am thrilled with the service I received and the price for each unit was excellent. Any question I had was dealt with quickly and professionally. Jeff was the exemplary service technician - on time, clean, fast and friendly! Lindsay was always just a click away. I wish everyone in Muskoka were as easy to deal with as these two!
