Moving to St.Cath we were so happy to discover Your Deli. The Polish product selection is as good as any of the delis of Mississauga. The staff here are excellent always friendly & courteous. Except for the blonde manageress who evidently received her customer service tact from the Communist School of Business. Her arrogance was despicable when I enquired about the freshness of a purchase I had made. I wanted to contact her supplier of tortes and cheese cakes, this store cuts, packages & labels all outside baked tortes & cheese cakes. I had made my cake selection based on freshness date, which was 12days from purchase date. Two days after purchase, I unknowingly served my out of town visitors this embarrassingly stale cake. I returned with the receipt and packaging showing the BestBeforeDate. The manageress made no attempt what so ever to better the situation, saying I did not supply proof,...I guess my guests should have caughed up the proof. On another occasion the BestBeforeDate was changed on packaged meat products by mfgrs Brandt & Wageners meats. After family members came down with food poisoning I drove to the Brandt plant in Mississauga with the packaging and they proved that the BBD stickers were not theirs. I caution you regarding management's tampering with product in order to sell stale/expired food. I regretfully write this review but when I told the manageress that she will lose my business her reply was "NO PROBLEM" . Great store but stay away from packaged meats and "fresh" cakes.
I have been going to this Deli with my wife for over 35 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I really like their kielbasa and kabanosi. They have an excellent selection of meats, fish, cakes, bread and canned products. I don't speak Polish myself, my wife does, but I never have a problem getting what I need. I strongly recommend shopping at "Your Deli Polonez!"
Love this place! Great subs and super fresh meat. Their donuts are amazing. Great spot to grab lunch or even a few groceries.
Super awesome selection of Ploish delights, pelmeni and olgorki and so much more! Super helpful ladies behind the counter with A1 service! Don't come if you're hungry as you leave with a carload of stuff.
I come from Stoney Creek to this store because of the variety and great polish foods Great service and quality of products .
This time was even worst then before, when I was ready to pay the employee start serving another person so I left the store without buying anything... As I said before: Polish store for polish people...
Great selection of lunch meat, perogies, teas, soups, chocolate, halva, lithuanian bread, cakes, cookies, etc. etc. Bottom line - a great little deli with lots of European goodies, and great prices too.
Old-school quality and great prices! Staff are friendly and the food is outstanding!
Excellent selection, fair prices, fantastic prepared foods and deli. The bigos, cabbage rolls, potato salad and meat/sauerkraut croquettes are top notch, gotta try all the Polish staples here at least once. Fresh made subs are great value also.
