Young's Custom Computers

A few years ago as I was traveling on business, I found myself in a small town in North West Iowa. As I had time to kill, I parked my car and did some window shopping. I found this computer store and, as I was in the need of a new computer, I went in. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome, something you don't find in the big box stores. I informed the gentleman that I was looking for a new computer. He asked what kind of computer I was looking for, and when it comes to electronics and computers, in the words of forrest gump, " I'm not a smart man". In fact I purchased a desktop computer from a big box store many years ago, and after having several issues with it, the general manager told me to box it up and bring it back because I was too stupid to own a computer. Hard to believe that store closed, and I found out that the general manager was let go, shocker. The gentleman and Young's treated me with respect, found out my needs in a computer, and explained everything in words I could understand. I walked out of there with a new laptop. Since then, I have purchased 2 other laptops from him, and a whole entertainment system. If you are looking for a great value, and unbelievable customer service, then I suggest Young's. I live in Davenport Iowa, 300 miles from Emmetsburg, and I will make the trip when I need a computer.
