Unfortunately Peter has no idea what in heck he is doing! So, if you need a notary..? don't stop and waste your time..drive straight through to Thunderbay as he will be just be a HUGE disappointment! I was NOT IMPRESSED to say the least! What should have been a four hour day..turned out to take me over 10 hours to get done! Oh.. and on top of that? Make sure to bring cash as he doesn't accept debit or credit?!! If I could..? I would give Peter 0 stars! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!
I find Peter to be personable, non judgmental, intelligent and well versed legally. I'd recommend him at any time.. particularly in terms of real estate
