Dr. Brendan Maloney was trained as a Pediatric Dentist in the U.S.A. He received his B.S. In Biology from Stony Brook University in N.Y, he then went to Temple School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia where he received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree. He then completed his advanced training in Pediatric Dentistry at St. Barnabas Hospital, an affiliate of The New York Hospital Cornell University in New York City where he served as Chief Resident in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Maloney also trained at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in NYC with a concentration on patients with special needs at the Rose Kennedy Center. Dr. Maloney was also a fulltime instructor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Rochester Medical Center where he also served as Director of the Daisy Marquis Dental Center. He practices at Yorkville Dentistry where his general practice is limited to Kidz, infants, teens and patients with special needs. He has also treats many underserved patients with severe needs at a Toronto General Hospital. A avid sports fan Dr. Maloney is a Certified Team Team Dentist with the American Academy of Sports Dentistry, he is also the Team Dentist and Assistant Coach for the the National Basketball League of Canada. He was also a team Dentist for the Pan Am games.
