Yorkville Dental

Waited 4 weeks for my appointment. 2 days before an unpleasant receptionist with an unsuitable attitude for such a place called to tell me my appointment was on a different day with a different doctor. I told her my appt details, response was a take it or leave it attitude and that it was not her problem. For the amount of money that would be charged and the vulnerable position a patient put in for procedures much more bare-minimum professionalism is required to gain a clients trust, which this place did not come close. They wasted my time.

We love Dr. Tam and Flo so much. I’ve been seeing Dr. Tam since I was a child and she is aces. The few times I have had to see other dentists as a result of moving, etc., I have been sorely disappointed. Dr. Tam has put in 2 bridges and have filled serval cavities over my 30 years of seeing her. Romana is lovely too!

Best dentist I’ve ever had. Convenient downtown location near Bay station. Haven’t had a hygienist yet that wasn’t great, I get anxiety from anything dental related but place has always been super calming dentists super chill small dog greets in the waiting area and sometimes visits when they do work. Might be on expensive side being downtown Toronto so might be a factor depending on circumstances.

I'm very happy about my choice going to Yorkville Dental. I'm a former hocky player so i've seen more than my share of dentist offices. This is the best one for many reasons. Convenient location too.

An amazing dentist with a great deal of compassion. Gentle hands, great chair side manner and very patient. Highly recommend. If you are looking for someone with a lot of talent in cosmetic dentistry, Dr Andrea is your best bet in Toronto! I had the pleasure of being treated by both Andrea and her husband who is a periodontist. They are both a formidable team. The dynamic duo of dentistry!

Ill be forever grateful to Dr.Hobbs and staff. Had emergency, was seen and helped day of. Felt comfortable right away, was greeted by Dr. Hobbs. First impression was very genuine, inviting and personable. Never felt judged during the visit, Dr. Hobbs went above and beyond all expectations with the work itself and professionalism. Legitimately a caring person who wanted to help.

I wish I could come here everyday just to talk to all the incredible staff. These people are amazing! Highly recommend!

Do not recommend this place, the receptionist is extremely unprofessional. You will book your appointment over the phone, she will confirm it, and then when you get there you will realize she changed your appointment and never even informed you. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else where they actually respect their patients.
