The GO Bus Terminal at Yorkdale is clean and well-organized, making it easy to catch buses. Signage is clear, and it’s conveniently located near Yorkdale Shopping Centre. It can get busy during peak hours, so plan a bit of extra time for boarding.
The Asian man who works at the GO desk is very rude and dismissive. I asked him a question regarding bus terminals because Google maps showed two different busses going to the same location and I was confused as to which to take since they both had different timings. Is the point of staff at help desks to not help customers who may need assistance? As someone who works in customer service, I believe that when a customer asks for help especially while no one is at your desk, the response should be respectful and not condescending, or with an attitude that the question is “obvious.” Go transit should do a better job of employing staff who want to genuinely assist, not those who make others feel inferior for asking questions about their route.
I just wanted to write this complaint because in October 21 2025 it was 9 am in the morning I arrived in yorkdale bus terminal to go to Milton go station and I found a very rude woman I didn't ask her name it was a dark woman and when I tried to buy my ticket I find out that it was 2 names for milton even if it was easy I was confused and I ask her what I should choose so she instead of help me she start telling me choose what is best for you one after another I said please help me and she keep saying choose what's best for you she didn't stop until I told her that she its getting paid for that and she said nooooo after I told her that she was very rude she told me to use my brain and I told her that she was an ashore after that the tickets man get of from the cabin and ask me what going on, I explained to him he was very nice his name is many and he explained to me and helped me and finally I could buy my tickets I think it wasn't a big deal she should just tell me please ask him or something and I want to say if you don't like your job or where you're please move on don't bother other people with you horrible attitude if you're not happy it's nobody's problem
The Yorkdale GO Bus Terminal offers great convenience with its nearby amenities, including a convenient washroom. Its proximity to the Yorkdale TTC subway station and Yorkdale Mall adds to its appeal, making it a well-connected and practical transportation hub.
It's great to travel from the GO bus. And there are many coffee shops, specially Tim Hortons is my favorite there. I can just grab something to eat and take my bus all within 10 minutes.
