Station is overall great, clean, warm and staff are friendly. The men's washroom however needs a deep clean, currently its so bad that the stainless steel is stained.
This place used to have lockers. Would be a nice addition. It's great that they have washrooms and an elevator. The vending machines can be used ONLY by using a debit card, no cash allowed.
As I just traveled across city from aldershot to union and transfer to ontario northland orillia stop I had the worst situition I was going through trying to get to my new hone after car breaking down. Packing to move and a bombshell of a family Court summons the night before you had 2 employees max and marshall working who let me just feel free as I had spoke to them briefly but we're extremelt supportive as helpful. Watching jy belongings which Im sure isn't apart of their job
It's hard to find on my way from subway station. Very complicated. Must have sign with Go transit I suggest inside the subway. Friendly staff. Clean place with washroom. Not much busy may be because easter. Inside the terminal much facilitate for the services with screens and seats.
I wish the washroom is stocked and clean. Also a security guard is needed at night.
