Great service. The team at York Region Hot Tobs should get an 8 out of 5 rating ! Very efficient booking procedure, technician was on time, perfect to say the least.
Both our pool and hot tub have been attended to by Brian and his crew, since the start of the seasons. They have been invariably timely, efficient and competitively priced. In the store they are only too happy to answer all my questions and are most knowledgeable. I do not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
Bryan was amazing to deal with. This was our first hot tub and he walked us through all of the options and set us up with the perfect one for our family. The process was so pleasant and fast! I would highly recommend this place!
After some initial problems with delivery and communication, issues were remedied to our satisfaction. I would recommend them.
Very friendly and helpful group. I didn't have to wait for service and they really new their stuff. Awesome place to go for all things related to tubs, pools & spas....great resource for information.
