Brunch on Sunday was amazing! It tasted delicious. Light and refreshing. Even the biscuits and gravy wasn’t too heavy, and great portions for everything. The Bloody Mary was delicious as well, and excellent pour over coffee! Will definitely be returning for brunch.
Great atmosphere and excellent food. You order and pay at your table on your phone... which is a little strange but the online menu is very helpful. Essentially you order the broth and size of noodles and then all of the add-ons you want. I also ordered a side of steak that was well cooked and super tender. I will definitely be going back. Great atmosphere along with great food! Caught me by surprise having to use a QR code to see the menu, order your food, and pay through it. It was very different but simple and very cool!!! You saw your servers only when they came to bring you your food or you stop them to ask them a question. A pitcher of water with ice and glasses were already on the table when you're sat down. I will be going back.
Had a date night with the hubby. Ordered our meal through an app onsite. Surprised how quick and easy it was. The ramen was excellent and I ordered a gluten free noodle option. The ramen came with pork, seaweed nori and a soft boiled egg, option to add extras. The broth was hearty, but I was slightly disappointed the broth could have been a little more flavorful. Other than that, it was an excellent ramen. We had a fried chicken appetizer with a sweet mustard sauce. It was excellent. There was plenty of booths, tables and seating in general. Overall, I enjoyed our dining experience. The food was served hot and fresh and in a timely manner. The wait staff friendly.
I quite enjoyed the vibe of the place. The tonkatsu broth in my ramen was tasty but a little thin and not as rich as I was hoping. I added a ajitsuke tamago soy egg which was pretty good but it wasn't very jammy and I could see it had not marinated very long. The chashu was tasty but again, the marinade could be stronger. I'd love to see this place up it's prep game. Overall, it's good and the prices aren't bad. The QR ordering works pretty well, but I would appreciate a little more water checks. I will be coming back to try more things soon
The ambience and food were great. We had Yokohama ramen chicken karaage and Wagyu steak. The best was the ramen ice cream. It was a work of art as well as delicious. Thank you to the staff.
This place is absolutely amazing. The ramen was spot on and crazy delicious. The bartender can't remember her name was super knowledgeable on Japanese whiskey, shared some of her wisdom, gave recommendations to learn more and made me the best old fashioned I've had in a while. If you want authentic ramen, and REAL cocktails, this is the spot to be at.
Ramen was pretty delicious. Wish they had different noodles but it was still very delicious. The location is the best! It is really close to the ferry and other stores and restaurants. Everyone in there is really nice and the service was really really fast. Definitely would come back again.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
Daughters wanted ramen. So found one with a good score but should have known that it was not that great. It was good. We all liked the food but the music was very off putting not kid friendly . As soon as we entered it was seat yourself then order yourself apps. The menu was about 30 items which is fine but they must have had over 200 drinks on their menu. To me it was more a bar than a restaurant. Once we got our ramen. It looked good and seemed right but something was off about it, oh ya the was no sliced pork. That helps alot. The noodles was the worse part of it. I am not saying it's bad but it was not like japanese ramen. I will go there again but my expectations will be lowered. I just hope it was just an off day for them.
I admit that I had a big long review typed up and accidentally closed out of my browser so I have less energy. My oldest son was the only one who loved his meal. My husband and I were completely dissatisfied and my toddler was content. I have to admit that we are not ramen experts and I felt a little guilty about giving it a lower score because maybe we just didn't like what everyone else likes? I don't appreciate having to scan a code and order through my phone. I really just wanted normal menus and to order from a server but I understand that with the staffing crisis this probably works great for restaurants. I actually think the restaurant setup was wonderful. It was clean and open. I enjoyed everything about the ambience except for the fact that we brought children. For how unhappy we were with our food I am assuming nothing was wrong with it and that we genuinely just did not like it. I felt a little salty with the price tag.
