They charge premium prices for a substandard campground. Our site was a full hook-up RV site. The site was very uneven. So much so that our automatic leveling system could not work properly. The bathrooms/showers were dirty and the campground is located by a busy highway which is very loud, especially for those tenting. There is no security gate to keep non-campers out and the fence that partially borders the campground is flimsy and dilapidated. Honestly, despite the polite staff and well stocked camp store, it is not worth the price they charge. We will not be returning. As for the response from the owner of this campground: I did contact the local office of Yogi Bear's Jellystone as well as the national office. I received NO response. No one cared enough to respond to my concerns that's why I made this review.

Great place for kids. They had a good time. Stayed in the "Deluxe Cabin" and it was very dirty. Urine on toilet seat and it was infested with spiders. Kids and adults could not sleep because of it or enjoy the stay. I would suggest pest control or something to get all the spiders out. My dad got a bite. I get the whole nature woods feel but that cabin shouldn't have had spiders all over the place and Cobb webs all over the bathroom above the kids bunk beds just everywhere. If they were to fix that would definitely go back but if not No Way!! There was even a black spider crawling on my bed and there was a family of skunks under my cabin coming in and out the back... and now my daughter has an infected spider bite !!

Looking at this place online I had high hopes for it. Maybe that's why my view on this campground changed as soon as I turned into the campground. Not happy with this place at all, it's very rundown. I know it's camping but come on. There are people cutting through ours sites and seems like a free for all. Sites are very close together and not very big at all. It seems like every employee that we have seen is about 12 years old and has no idea what's go in on although the staff is friendly that's why I gave 1 star. Also the should limit the number of cars allowed to park on each site. Looking down the camp ground it just looks like a parking lot. I needed to go out and get wood and to get through the road I needed to squeeze through with my mirrors in. If I had my camper attached there would be no way to pass unless getting them to move their cars. I will absolutely never ever stay here again.

Pretty dirty. Stayed in deluxe cabin, for the price it was pretty run down. Could use quite a bit of maintenance. **We even had a MOUSE show up in our cabin and went in our stove, we are pretty grossed out.. could atleast clean out spider webs. -We cleaned tables and the rag was black. -The cleaning done in the cabin when we showed up was awful. -Fun for younger kids, but probably will not come back.

Very disappointing trip! This was our 3rd time and will unfortunately be our last. There needs to be a staff member in the pool area! It was an absolute zoo and my two kids were unable to enjoy it as they were getting pushed and stepped on. Kids were climbing up the slides, not getting off slides, etc.! There needs to be a rule against dogs barking, nothing more relaxing then listening to a dog bark from sun up to sun down! At one point a truck full of adults drove through the whole campground beeping their horn and yelling no stop. Need staff to enforce some of the rules! Parents do not take responsibility of their children and kids need to be sent back to campsites when they are not being watched. Events started 10-15 minutes behind schedule every day! Makes for a lot of sitting and waiting around! Young adults running the park are doing the best they can but definitely need some more support!
