I am very surprised to see such a low rate, I have been to this cafe a couple of times. Tried different flavours of frozen yogurt absolutely loved coconut, waffles they are perfect! yummy, served with frozen yogurt and Australian flag! they even look amazing and a coconut milkshake that I also enjoyed. We got 2 perfectly-looking waffles for $18 and I don't think it's too expensive for Sydney! I loved this place, I will be back!
Groupon deal completely wrong. The yoghert is fine, but the service is so poor! We purchase the Groupon deal, and when we go to pay using our groupon voucher at the counter, the lady was like sorry can't use this. She gave us a list of reasons such as weekends etc. I almost felt like ok then, take your tub of yoghurt back. At the end she gave us a discount to keep us happy. But that also meant our groupon voucher is now useless. Definitely a poor experience for us.
Customer service terrible and we were completely dried out after... like there was way too many preservatives in the yoghurt.. and way way too expensive $38 for two cups!!! Thumbs down don’t even bother! Go spend ur money at ice creamery in the food court!
The yogurt is OK pretty sure the wafer sticks have been out for a week and everything else was stale no variety of anything... Thanks Groupon... Staff useless..
