I'm so impressed with this business! Amazing concept! I love that I can pick all the ice cream I want and toppings I want so long as it fits in the container I select! And it tastes so good!
I try to support local businesses as much as possible, but the service provided at my last visit was unpleasant to say the least. Hours were wrong online and we went in 30 mins before closing not realizing. Everything was already cleaned up and we weren’t able to get very many toppings as half of them were already put away. The guy working gave us a spoon and told us, “don’t make a mess”. He stayed super quiet and just stared at us the entire time we were getting toppings and was extremely unfriendly during checkout. We most likely won’t be going back.
Website shows deals for certain days. Decided to take the kids for $5 weekend deal and were rudely told they no longer honor this deal. This was months ago and the website still isn’t updated to reflect it. We decided to try again on the buy one get one day and same answer with the same awful tone. Update your website if it isn’t accurate or look into employees stealing money if it is accurate and they are pocketing the excess.
Service was friendly but at least half of their flavors were out or the machines were not working. Bummer.
Every time I come here it is just not a treat. Barley any flavors and the employees won’t look or talk to you unless you are ready to buy. Explained I haven’t been to the Yo Place in a year and things were different since the last time I bought from them things were covered up and were not self serve because of Covid but got no explanation on if it was now self serve or anything. Tried asking questions but got no response… super dark and silent. Was not worth the $12 I spent and am very disappointed. This has happened every time I have gone here wish there was a little more light and some music that’s all I’d ask honestly.
So disappointed. The website said they had no sugar added cheesecake flavor. My husband went to go get some and they were so confused why we thought they had it. It appears they have very limited flavors.
Everytime I go it’s always closed and the staff never talks to me whenever I go in. It makes me sad because Froyo is my favorite dessert and they are never open when the hours are posted. I always have to call and check if they are even open. ridiculous:
Bad experience there. There were only 3 machines working, all of the rest had no yogurt coming out, and the flavor we ended up having to get didn’t even taste good at all. No good toppings, only cereals and random candies like Hot Tamales M&M’s, Dum Dum Pops. Don’t waste your time going here.
Was driving down the high way and stopped, prices for froyo was per cup and not weight. The prices were really decent as well. They had a good froyo selection and a huge topping bar. They also sell sausages in a bunch of cool flavors Mac and cheese dog, I myself had a onion garlic dog with a bacon cheddar sausage in it. We managed to get there during happy hour so I got a meal chips and a drink for only $4. Over all it was a killer deal on great tasting food.
All time favorite Frozen Yogurt spot. I love frozen yogurt, but just a tiny little serving of it doesn't satisfy me, which is what you get at most places unless you want to spend tons of money to get a decent amount of yogurt. But at Yo Place you only pay $3.50 for the small bowl which can actually hold a lot more than I can eat and you can fill it up as much as want, and get as many toppings as you want. So many good flavors, and TONS of topping choices, and even sauce toppings including Nutella. Thanks for making frozen yogurt affordable Yo Place!
