Great gym great people. The staff and and other members are very friendly helpful and supportive. Despite its smaller size it has everything you need. Variety of classes and programs for all ages including a day care. It can get crowded at times due to its popularity in strathroy

I love this place. The staff is wonderful and encouraging. It has an amazingly positive energy. Group power is a must for anyone looking for a full body workout!

Love this place!!.....Kinda like "Cheers".....sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name, and there always glad you came........ Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is the hours of operation and wish the gym was a little bigger.
