Save your money and time, this location and all YMCA gyms are some of the worst I've seen around the world. Disgusting machines and clientele that does not know how to clean up or be decent.nnNot even worth $5/week let alone the insane amounts they charge.nnBe mindful of other fake reviews written by people that only have one or a handful of reviews. I will be reporting them to Google too.
Awful inhumane people works at the front. I visit occasionally as a guest with my husband who is a member. Today I sat in the car waiting on him, I was holding my pee for so long waiting on him to come out. I decided to go and ask to use their washroom. I explained that was waiting on my husband who is working out inside. The lady told me they do not have “Public washroom” and told me to walk so far all the way across to another building. Even though my husband is a member and I’ve visited on multiple occasions and used their gym/washroom!!! I almost peed myself by the time I got their!!
I’ve been going to this gym for about a yearnnow and i can tell that they offer a diverse range of classes, accommodating to various fitness preferences. The cleanliness and maintenance of equipment can be a little bit better but still really nice and organized. While the peak-hour crowds can be a downside, the positive ambiance and outstanding service provided by the staff, especially Bahar, contribute significantly to the gym experience. Bahar's welcoming attitude and adept handling of inquiries enhance overall enjoyment. Congratulations to the entire staff for their commendable efforts! Very nice place to workout!
We manage to attend only weekday mornings and enjoy the facilities not being overly packed with people. Thanks to one regular male cleaning staff member who is always working hard to keep the facilities as clean as possible. Also, thanks to the staff team, especially front reception Evelyn and Bahar who are most welcoming and accommodatingly helpful.
Terrible front desk staff, extremely unprofessional always ready to retaliate. One of employee name Jas Kaur thats what other employee told me. She shouts at members and no professionalism. Don’t understand how come she is still there and helping clients. Definitely need better staff to improve customer service
