Exceptionally kind staff. Clean, quaint, and warm environment. I don't love the flavor or finger lakes coffee, I know some do, it's just a personal preference. It does taste fresh and of good quality. Very cute mugs available for purchase!

Needed 1 more click on my green card for a free coffee & the girl said I couldn't use that card had to use a yellow card. Been coming there for yrs didnt even know about that,now have to start from square 1 again. Frustrating,but good coffee

Their flavored coffee stands a cut above the rest. A bit pricier than your average DD or Starbucks, you get what you're paying for as all their flavors are solid. Everytime I go I get one of their frozen coffee beverages. I try a different one every time and I've never had a bad one. Worth the trek from Rochester to Pittsford.

I'm not even a big fan of coffee and I drank their coffee black. Also 4lbs of beans to being home. Would definitely recommend.

Really pleasant atmosphere with solid social distancing practices. Hrs of operation are reduced now, so make sure you check ahead of time.

The staff is always friendly and the coffee is wonderful. What's not to like?
