It was our first time traveling/ hiring a sitter after COVID so my husband and I were very nervous about letting a sitter come into our home and also to leave our 2 cats since we’ve been home almost 24/7 during the past 2 1/2 years. When we were away, Masayo sent us detailed updates everyday with lots of pictures. We got to relax and enjoy our trip a lot mor knowing the kitties are in good hands. After the trip, we came back to an extremely clean home and 2 happy kitties. I don’t think I have seen them this relaxed after coming back from a trip before. I will certainly be using Yellow Kittee again. Thank you so much Masayo and George. You are absolutely amazing!
First time we used a cat-sitting service for my four year old cat. We felt so blessed that my cat could not have been in better hands. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone I know. Masayo and George are real cat lovers and during the pre-visit, they asked sensible questions and made good suggestions about how to take of my cat during our absence. Masayo made multiple visits daily and each time I got detailed updates and pics of my cat. When I returned home, my cat was really relaxed and happy. Already gave them a heads up of my next travel. Really appreciate their service and efforts.
We had a very positive experience with Yellow Kittee. We would definitely recommend their service and will hire them again in the future. From the beginning they were very kind and transparent about how they work. They did an interview with us by phone, then they came to our house to get to know our cat better and her routine, during the whole period we were away they sent us detailed reports and photos of our kitten. Both George and Masayo are very attentive and professional, and most importantly, they are open to making adjustments to accommodate the cat's needs.
I’m grateful that Masayo took care of our kitties. I believe she treated them the way we do and I’m happy for that. With the daily updates we could see how our kitties were in perfect condition and despite some of them being shy, playing and interacting with Masayo very comfortably. I was afraid as this was the first time I was away from my kitties for several days but the updates and seeing them doing fine with Masayo was a huge relief. We would definitely have Yellow Kittee take care of them in a future occasion :
First time I've left my 2 cats alone for a week and they could not have been in better hands. Masayo and George were very thorough during the intake to make sure every detail was taken care of. Masayo took great care of my cats, sending me updates and pictures with every visit, and made me feel reassured my cats were doing well. Highly recommend their services!

Yellow Kittee helped on a very short notice and went above and beyond expectations! For a cheap price the caretaker "Masayo" watched my cat and did everything I could have expected, feeding, cleaning, playing and sent pictures as well as daily updates. Very nice, reliable people! Very well organized service. Masayo and George were very flexible and agreed to extend visits when I needed to stay away a bit longer. I had photo update and health/mood report of my kitty every day. I am glad I have found Yellow Kittee
Excellent experience with Masayo - The cats were well taken care of and she was very respectful of the space. As some other reviewers have noted, there are a lot of questions in the initial onboarding but it is well worth it with how she cares for the cats.
We were away for 16 days and Masayo and George came and took care of our "Prince of Darkness". They were AMAZING!!! Our Oscar was happy and stimulated. I would recommend their services to anyone as they were trust worthy and very informative with the day to day visits. Thank you again.
