Getting customer service was average. My issue is with the quality of the boots. The boots did not even last me a year. It started to fall apart after 3-4 months. If you get their boots, I recommend not pulling on them at all. The boots cannot handle regular pulling of any kind to put your boots on. I paid over $100 and this is what I get. Attached is my photos.

You can notice the bad quality starting from day one.

Great looking shoes, I do not recommend going if you have a bigger size calf for knee length or higher boots (They do not carry bigger leg hoses). Tend to be a little smaller than my usual size.
