Was at south 40 Tim’s I am new in town called several companies dispatchers hung up because they couldn’t figure out what Tim Hortons I’m at. I called yellow around 4pm Wednesday and she was very polite and asked me what’s around me to know what Tim Horton’s it was. Driver was kind I told him to thank the Dispatcher. Hope he did.

Googled cabs in Grande Prairie, picked yellow. And honestly I was not disappointed. The Dispatch was quick and kind. To the point. Car was also very nic3 compared to others.

Predated a cab went to the keg. Luckily the keg also calls them for their guests. ( smart call ) Great experience. Driver was kind as well unit 012 great individual.

Called Friday Easter weekend morning great service was pleasant and kind. I didn’t mind waiting at least she was honest there’s about 15-20mins but can be quicker depending on where taxis clear. 👍🏻

Just returned from the airport and took this cab. Had to go around 4 kms from there and after reaching the first traffic signal, the driver says he will charge me $50 because this is a VIP cab. I protested saying I have been on cabs before and at most it has cost me with tips is $15. He pointed out to the big seats and turned the music up, and started dancing to the tune saying in this cab you get all this, hence extra charge. I was not impressed and I pointed towards the rate chart that was posted there. He continued with the $50 charge for a couple of more minutes when I said I will need to speak to someone about it. At that point he said he was just kidding! I believe he thought I am not from around and wouldn't know what to pay, and he could charge anything. When I mentioned I will talk to someone, he said he was kidding! Very convenient! They don't run on meters when it is a 'short distance' which I am fine with, unless they try to fleece me! Not recommended at all!
