Ye Olde Washboard

If there were an award 4 the worst laundromat nationwide..this place would get it! BUT...oh my... it does have "free wireless internet"!!!! Whoopee..who cares when the place is filthy, many washers and dryers are dysfunctional and not labelled as such, the bathroom is disgusting (there is a slop sink as the sink and one has 2 have the bath door open to use the dirty sink, the areas w/linoleum in the bath are peeling and nasty, the blow dryer in bathroom does not work, and the bathroom door locked me IN!), all the counters were filthy, we were there early in the morning and no trash cans were emptied, the old carpeted area was worn and filthy, the tv if one cares 2 watch was tiny, no one ever appears at all to help/answer questions, dryer lint traps were all full and unemptied...heavens...the list is endless. I am quite adaptable but..come on now..this is a place to CLEAN ones' clothes..not get them dirtier!!! The chairs were basic..and uncomfortable. I am glad I had no snacks..it wud b scary..we had to wipe down the folding counters..with t.p. as there were no paper towels in the bathroom and we wiped down tables..chairs, too. Rating..truly a minus 5!!!! Owner/manager..you should b ashamed.
