Yan Yan Chinese Food Restaurant

90 minutes for delivery was a little long. My fried rice was mixed with white rice so wasn’t as flavourful as it would have been if it wasn’t mixed. The chicken balls were hot and crisp and tasty but just a little too big for my liking. They could use more sauce on the side than was provided since they are so large. Delivery guy was nice and food arrived hot.

The delivery woman is friendly and cheerful. The food portions leave nothing to complain about, we always have leftovers LOL. The lemon chicken my fav is always perfectly cooked, and lots of it. we're trying to slowly try everything on the menu, but I haven't had anything bad yet. Great place to get . Dietary restrictions: The lady who took our order was attentive to our allergy issues

Yan Yan is our favourite Chinese food in Crestview. My favourite dish is the sesame chicken, and what's great is that the pieces of chicken are large and plentiful. The taste is delicious and the ingredients are always fresh. The delivery is very fast and the prices are reasonable.

I’m an easy going, patient, understanding person and was SHOCKED by the level of rudeness from the woman who answered the phone when I tried to place a NYE order. I don’t care how good their food tastes; no one deserves to be treated like that. Give your business to a place that appreciates it.

Ordered the family pack for 6. It was huge. All the dishes came filled to the top. The beef and veggies had about a pound of beef, the chicken fried rice was huge and not too salty, the chicken with broccoli was another example of huge and delicious, the chicken rice noodles was really amazing but needed sugar and a little oyster sauce, the chicken balls were huge and packed with chicken, the free pork sweet and sour was amazing over $65 you get this free, and last but not least the breaded shrimp was almost 15 shrimp tempuras. We all got two huge white rices and 6 spring rolls. Everything was monster size the six of us felt that was so much value and quality. The winner was shrimp

Waited over 2 hours on two occasions just to find out they didn’t correctly process the order. Lady who answered yan yan on phone was extremely rude. She made up calling to try and clarify, even said she left voice mails that didn’t exist. Good food if you’re willing to waste your time.

Food was great! The staff were nice and I would 100% recommend people to eat their food!

Had this for our first time and it was incredible, good price, hot food, was exactly what I was craving! 100% going back! The lady who delivered was beyond friendly and was so nice, all around great!

I ordered and my food was so late I had to order from a different place. Tried to phone but noone answered, tried to email noone answered. 1 star max if that.
