We live in Kelowna and my son brought 5 pies for a moving party. The best pizza we have had in years! I will definitely be making a road trip again as my wife won't eat any local pizza but loved Yakis.

What happened Yaki? Hadn't eaten there for 20 years was in the neighborhood on a work trip thought I get a world famous sub. Had better at Subway!!! So sorry to see that you have gone so far down the pipes! Food and service was way better than back in the day! I remember the bacon sub Had over a half pound of bacon on it!! Today There was 4 pieces on my 8 inch BLT sub. Very disapointed.
Best baked sub sandwich’s on earth! I grew up eating their subs but live in Alberta now. Every time I go near Summerland, I have to stop and have a sub. Clean and amazing service as well

Large selection of subs and pizzas. Stopped in for a sub, between ball games, and ordered the 12" 'meatball'. Super simple, but really enjoyed it. Huge portion! Subway on steroids. Lots of meatballs, cheese, good sauce, n onions. Maybe a sprinkling of oregano at the end would be good? I'll definitely stop by again and try some of the other offerings next time I'm in Summerland. The business looked well maintained, super clean inside, which was great as well. Thanks

Loved the pizzas. Really delicious. Was a little disappointed with the apple desert pizza tho Vegetarian options: They had a couple of vegetarian pizzas to choose from Kid-friendliness: It's not a sit down to eat place so kids are welcome to go in with an adult. Parking: Minimal parking on the street Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp leading up to the entrance
