We have been to a few trampoline parks in England, so decided to try this one for my son's birthday, while visiting family locally. Adults and kids all had a brilliant time, and this is the best park we have been to! We went early on a weekday as my kids are neurodivergent and we like to avoid big crowds where we can. It wasn't busy at all. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and gave a great first impression. There are several different areas, suitable for different ages and it's great that adults can watch/support children without paying the entry fee, as long as they don't use the equipment. My kids loved the obstacles/foam pits and the open trampoline area the most, but there are plenty of other activities to explore on a future visit. I also loved that third-party grip socks were accepted, as this is never the case at the parks back home! Overall a great experience and we would recommend to friends and family.
I took our grandkids up there on a rainy day activity. They really enjoyed it, staff were nice and friendly. However, it was a bit expensive for an hour for 3 kids.
Really enjoyed our visit to Extreme Trampoline Park! The toddler area is a huge plus — well set up, calm, and separated so little ones can play safely without being overrun by bigger kids or stressed parents. Everything felt clean and well maintained. On top of that, I really appreciated the veteran discount — such a thoughtful gesture that makes a big difference for families like mine. Overall, a fun and welcoming place we’ll definitely come back to!
Drove from Ottawa today for a birthday party. Our time slot was 11-12:45. I must say, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Every single employee was smiling and professional. I had went to purchase a quick little snack for my son and the young lady who was checking in another person came by a minute later and apologized for the wait, which was not an issue at all. And the young blonde female who was assisting with the parties was fantastic. She kept making sure to check in if anyone needed anything. I must say, the entire place was so clean and well kept. We used to frequent the Kanata location often, but I think this one is honestly worth the drive.
This place is great! The equipment seems well maintained and clean. Lots of rooms for parties. Went on a Saturday morning walk in in September and it wasn’t packed to the brim. Staff was friendly and efficient. There were some balls missing from the toddler area basket ball game, but minor details. My toddler and my big kids all had a great time here.
