I brought my car in for an inspection to identify a knock in the front while turning with no avail. When I left, I had mysteriously developed a shimmy while braking. I started to check the torque on my lug nuts with a freshly calibrated company torque wrench and found the lugs where still clicking at 160ft-lbs ++. Dialed my 6mo old premium rotors and found that they where warped due to over torquing. The shop condescendingly denied and hung up the phone on me mid conversation. Not to mention the "mechanics" had left a rag in the engine compartment near moving parts for whatever reason and I (a novice) located and isolated the knock right away where they could not - but they still took my money and left me with holding the bag for their incompetence. For reference, I am in the mechanical engineering field of work, have a few framed pieces of paper to my name, have inspected many, many compacted joints for proper torque and have wrote technical papers on tension vs. torque and have seen their catastrophic failures when poorly compacted.

Jimmy and his team are very honest and reasonably priced. My whole family uses his shop and I recommend him to all of my friends.
