I have gone to this location a couple of times now. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have very thin hair and Ms.Patty was able to put hair extensions in that did not damage my hair like some of the types that I had tried previously. Definitely recommend.

rediculous. ive gone there several times while their website online says they are open, and not once have they been. Just no.

I called to ask a couple questions re: the easiweft method and to explain the type of extension I currently wearing and 'ms.patti?' Instantly became frustrated and told me that she could not explain the placement method over the phone and that they are so "TIRED" of people calling them up "wasting their time" instead of booking a consult! She was terribly rude and condescending! As a hairstylist myself I could never imagine treating a customer that way on the phone and I certainly would not pay her to touch my hair!!! Terrible. Come back down to earth ms. Patti, learn a couple things about customer service or get a receptionist. 🙄 zero stars ✨

I've been going to this place for a few years and i absolutely love Patti and her team. The hair, products, and atmosphere has always been top notch. If you're in the market for extensions, don't waste your time looking at any other place. I've done my research prior to going here, and let me tell you, Patti's knows HAIR, more than any other salon, stylist or extensionist that I've ever spoke to. She genuinely cares about her clients and provides the best options out there. I always look forward to going to my appointments and now with the new location & renovations, it feels like i'm just going to my ritzy girlfriends house, sipping on the best wine but in this case, you always leave feeling brand new, completely happy and amazing. Much gratitude to Patti!!!
