Xplornet

If I could I would give this company zero stars, because I received zero customer service here. Does this company even exist? We were out of internet at our place of business and xplornet sent our ticket to this company and they said they would contact us. When we didn’t hear from them, we started calling them. We called about four times and left messages to be called back and nothing. When you call the 613-number listed here, it brings you to a guy who doesn’t even work for the company. We finally had xplornet switch our ticket to another company that answered their phones and fit us in and came out that day. I would not recommend trying to contact this company. If xplornet has put your service request to this company, call back and have them switch it because you will hear nothing from them.

Slowest internet known to man, and forget about using the internet between 730pm and midnight- it's non existent. As soon as we get more options in the rural area, I'm pretty sure xplornet won't have any customers.

This internet provider does not provide internet... nobody else sevices our area, but neither do they, it seems. Don’t buy shares... these guys are going bankrupt the second Starlink is up an running.

Worst company ever, terrible internet speeds, horrible customer service. If this company had any competitors it would be bankrupt.

I would recommend Xplornet if you're looking to remember what internet was like in 1998 and want to be treated like a child.
