Xing Fu Tang

First time trying this place. Also first time trying double shot bubble coffee and it will be last time too, I don’t know but I had stomachaches after it. Maybe it doesn’t suit me. My husband likes it too much. I’ve also had sweet drink too and it was delicious. The prices I think a little bit cheaper than other places

New drinks try it out. The yogurt style drinks are great the sweet / sour taste is out of this world. Maybe out does the Yummy yogurt in my opinion.

Wow, everything was amazing! I ordered grapefruit yoyo, Brown sugar pearls Dalgona coffee w/milk and brown sugar pearls milk tea float. Love it from the first sip til last sip. Not too sweet, don't need to answer any questions about sugar level or ice, just perfect as I liked it. I bought the coffee one for my step-daughter, she really loved it. She said the best one for her, she loves coffee And it was the first time for me to see hand-made fresh bobas, I love bobas. Their bobas were amazing I absolutely love it! Not too sweet, not too chewy, not too soft, just perfect. So impressed to see they made fresh bobas everyday right in front of the store that you can see, so delicious. I am kinda picky about bobas if not the right taste, right texture, I won't buy again because what makes bubble tea delicious is bobas for me Plus great service, polite and the clean store, I like that a lot. So convenient right there at T&T So this is my new favorite bubble tea place I will visit often. Highly recommend!!

Yummy treat I got the soy matcha with taro added but it was kind of sweet so it would have been nice to be able to have 0 sugar.. they also didn't have the pumpkin spice jasmine flavour anymore : hope to see more sugarfree + dairyfree flavours in the futureFood: 4/5

I liked xingfutang because of their yummy handmade pearls, however last time I found a bug in my pearl drink looks like a small bee or a fly with one wing left and it was hardened. I really hope all the xingfutang stores start covering their toppings, as far as I know the wok they use for making pearls is always uncovered. Also they seemed to have stopped using paper cups for hot drinks and the kind of plastic they use is not suited for high temperature. When I ordered the dalgona coffee drinks, almost every time the plastic was not fully closed and my drink spills a bit.

Newly opened located right by T&T Supermarket, Xing Fu Tang has finally opened in Surrey. They are known for their handmade brown sugar pearls which are super soft and chewy and not overly sweet. It was not too busy coming in on a late afternoon on a Wednesday. Definitely worth checking out

Worst bubble tea shop in lower mainland. They Refuse to customize ice and sugar level. They Cancel UberEat orders when you add notes without calling customer to notify and lied to customer that their system auto cancel when you add note to orders. When they have BOGO promo, they dilute all ingredients and add much more water and ice to save costs.

They have the best tasting bubble milk tea. They are located inside Surrey Central. It says Taiwans number one and you can taste the reason why. I highly recommended them.

Drinks are too sweet. Cups are made of thin plastic, too thin that when we poke a straw in, it's broken and my drink pours all over the place.
