Avoid this company at all costs.  Like Mr. Panda, my bank feeds were not updating for a very long time, it's been over a year now for me.  I've been going back and forth with their very slow customer service department with no hint of a solution. They suggested that I import my data manually, but when I started getting into what that would entail with one of their representatives, I was shocked to discover that I would have to manually edit every single line of my transaction data in excel so that their software could understand it.  That's literally thousands of lines of data. Ridiculous. This is something that modern accounting software should be able to manage as a matter of course.  The interface is clunky, it lacks all kinds of features that other programs have, their customer service is terrible and they don't stand behind their product.  Now I have to go through the arduous process of transferring my data and cancelling my subscription. Do yourself a favour and find another product.

Be very careful. This company will not let cancel your account without hours of frustrating confirmation and validating emails that will make you pull your hair out and are obvious stonewalls. All the while they draft the money right from your account thank you, bank feeds. Customer Support is free because it does not exist. Do not recommend.

Xero forces 2 factor login  but it does not work as they do not send a code.  All support is only after login.  So no support.  AVOID!.

As an CPA office, we would not recommend this software to any of our clients. The platform is slow, inefficient and it is impossible to get in touch with Xero support. Very disappointed and I would highly recommend for any potential user NOT to use them.

Amateurish support. Been trying to make my bank feed work for 8 months. Countless calls and mails. Literally hundreds of messages and countless hours wasted. Save your time and use another solution
