Never go back … After purchasing Xbox game and want to returned after 2 days as we my kids receive it as gift in Christmas , I had proof of payment … they said we can’t reimburse as per their policies and they show other invoice different from what I have …. It is really my last time …. Not recommended after being their client for 3 years
Had a really great experience. I asked them to send my items by mail, and I had been a bit worried because they were ceramic and especially breakable, but Xchange did a truly impressive job making sure that my items would make it safely through the mail. Each one was wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap. Very happy customer!

Unbelievably greedy or ignorant of the value of things. They attempted to sell me used and worn looking measuring gauges with a sticker price 25% higher than what it costs new. Even when bargaining them down they wanted the same value as when brand new and with a warranty. Needless to say I'm glad I didn't buy from them and took the time to shop around. I should mention they had friendly and polite service while trying to fleece me.
I had a Alpine mono amp saw on facebook and had a better experience at the store. Kind people and very helpful. Prices are also very good.
Brought my laptop in hoping to exchange it for something functional but instead got it fixed at a reasonable price! Only took a day too. Best service ever, thanks guys!
