Unfortunately, I will have to give Xavier's a negative review. I ordered a funeral arrangement for my nephews services on January 6th to be deliver to Boule Funeral Home on January 14th for 2pm. It never arrived!! Something so meaningful for the family fell through the cracks some how. I called Xavier's on Sunday the 15th questioning my order, the female I spoke too couldn't find it via my nephews name. I gave her my online receipt number her next words were I am so sorry, I do not know what happened here. Informed me that the owner was not in, she would speak to them and either have them reach out to me or she would the following day. The same female I spoke to, is who called me back. Not the owner who should have in this situation. To rectify the incident they have refunded me and sent me a complimentary dish garden basket with a card. What was typed in the card sealed the deal for me. I will never order from Xavier's again. Because as the card reads... " It was a pleasure to give your order our personal attention." That's just it, my order that was so meaningful never received your attention at all!!
I’m not one to write reviews but I ordered flowers for my mother, grandmother and aunt and firstly they didn’t receive what I had ordered on the website. Not only that, I wish I had pictures of what was delivered. They received these tiny arrangements that were thrown together so sloppy and they were delivered a day after they were suppose to arrive. I was so upset when I finally saw what they actually got. Will never use Xavier’s again!
My Mother’s Day flowers arrived wilted and old. The roses had brown edges on all of the petals and the hydrangeas were limp and wilted. Very disappointing! The flowers look like they were reused from a discarded arrangement.
This is what I ordered from teleflora it costed $100.00 plus and I ordered 2 it was supposed to be premium. This is what I received from Xavier's Flowers. Shame on you these were for gifts.
Ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered on Valentine’s Day that showed up 2 days late on 2/16. No phone calls or notices about late delivery. Flowers showed up wilted. Called for a refund and was told only the owner can issue a refund and of course he isn’t in today. Extremely lousy customer service no apologies just very matter of fact would not recommend. I will not be returning.
I had ordered my friend a white and blue floral arrangement in a basket as a sympathy gift as her grandmother had just passed away, I was so embarrassed when I saw what was delivered to her. This was not the arrangement I had ordered and half of the flowers were dead.
Thank you so much for beautiful and fresh bouquet. Delivery was on time and delivery person so friendly. This is second time I get flowers from them and both times I am very impressed.
My cousin in Florida sent flowers for my mom who is in hospice and dying. It’s her last birthday and he wanted to do something sweet and they sent a cheap sloppy arrangement. I felt bad bc he definitely wasn’t happy when he saw the picture and know that feeling . Rip off!
I live in Ct and wanted to send some Easter flowers for my mom in Massachusetts. Ordered thru Teleflora. First off my mom wasn't home and flowers were left on the porch and it was raining. Then the pictures I saw on website of what I ordered was absolutely nothing like she recieved. Check the pictures of what was recieved to what was on Teleflora website. I had arranged for a bouquet of a dozen roses be delivered to a bridal shop at store open, so a dozen roses would be waiting for my bride-to-be. Unfortunately, through pure coincidence, there was another bride by the same name as my fiancé and the flowers were mistakenly delivered to the wrong but lucky person. This was though no fault of Xavier’s, as they delivered the bouquet on time exactly as requested. However, while I was anxiously scrambling trying to get figure out how I could make her special day perfect, Xavier’s was able to put together a brand new bouquet within minutes and deliver the fresh set of beautiful roses before her appointment was over! Not only was their customer support impeccable in the midst of a mini crisis, the flowers themselves matched the beauty of my woman receiving them. She was absolutely smitten at the surprise, and that moment would not have been possible without Xavier’s last-minute heroics. I cannot recommend them enough, as I know that their product is only outclassed by their integrity.
