We have Wifi, Sauna, Locker Rooms with Custom Showers! We have North Carolina State University Equipment. Top of the line Life Fitness, Cybex and Matrix Equipment! We have Real Ryder Bikes that are like riding a real bicycle! Also Expresso bikes that allow you to compete online against other people from anywhere in the World that have a bike like these in another club or at home! We also have Woodway, Matrix, Cybex Treadmills and Ellipticals! We Are Handicap accessible! Come see us!
