Received my first ever ticket after a car accident. The last thing I wanted to deal with was a court summons for a careless driving ticket. I submitted my ticket to X-Copper and spoke with Charles. I immediately knew that I wanted X-Copper to handle this for me. Their fees are more than reasonable for their services. I did not have to do a single thing, and X-Copper appeared for me. Free parking at their Markham head office.  Ronald, regional manager was knowledgeable and experienced who put me at ease.  I knew hiring X-Copper would be better than me representing myself.  X-Copper could strategize and they also knew the people at Toronto's Old City Hall.  My case was withdrawn.  No record on my abstract.  It was well worth the money spent.  Lesson learned.
